EAT RED, WHITE, AND BLUE

EAT RED, WHITE, AND BLUE

July is the month of Red, White, and Blue because of Indepence Day. These are also some of the fruit and vegetable colors we should be eating. Adding colored foods to our diet is great for our diet and visually more pleasing. There are actually 6 different color categories for fruits and vegetables: RED, WHITE, BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE and GREEN. Each color category is beneficial to the body and is important that we eat all colors.
