We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only.

JOLIMOLI, LLC strives to offer quality products we manufacture. We stand behind our quality and workmanship in producing our products. In order to provide quality assurance against manufacture’s defects, we provide a 1-year limited warranty to customers who purchased through our website or from one of our authorized dealers. For customers who purchased discontinued products, limited quantity specials, and/or custom merchandise through deal sites or other merchandising outlets, we provide a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What do we NOT cover under limited warranty? Damages caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, discoloration due to usage, and accidents. This warranty does not cover shipping related damages. If you believe the product was damaged during transit, please contact the original seller directly and follow their guidelines for return/exchange.

How do you qualify under our warranty program?
